If I could give 10 stars to Sanford Surrounded I would! Walter handled everything and had a buyer for our houses in a matter of days. We were renting the houses out so he had to notify and work with the tenants for showings and other issues. He handled all the repairs (and there were a lot). He worked with everyone in such a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend!

We called Walter Ciucevich with Sanford Surrounded Real Estate to see a home in Broadway, NC and he was able to get us a showing on very short notice. We went back and forth with the seller of that home for a while before we decided that home was not for us due to the seller not willing to negotiate on due diligence fee or due diligence period. We put an offer in on another home in Linden, but ended up in the same situation because the seller did not want to concede in negotiations. The third time s the charm and we ended up under contract on a beautiful new construction home in Lillington, NC. We have now closed and moved in to our home and we listed our home for sale in Fayetteville, NC. We were under contract within days and Walter has helped to negotiate and orchestrate the contractors needed to get through the due diligence and inspections period. It s been a fantastic experience so far. Walter was very patient and respectful of our wishes during the entire process of both purchasing our new home and selling our old home. He answered and explained any questions we had thoroughly, and solved any unexpected problems that came up. We felt like we were working with a close friend. Walter has been professional, prompt and has given us the data and insight into the market to make good decisions. We highly recommend him!

Walter and his team are some good small town folks . I definitely recommend him and his team, you can let a 1 or 2 negative Nancy's go against everyone else's word. But like the old saying goes you cant make everyone happy. I'd buy a house, or sell anytime with Sanford Surrounded!!!!
